Icherisheher (Old City)

Icherisheher is the heart of Baku. The reserve covers about 22 hectares and holds the Maiden Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, caravanserais, bathhouses and narrow stone streets. More than 1,300 families live here, and dozens of museums, galleries, cafés and workshops operate inside the walls.
